Enhanced by the seminar tomorrow at the high school, taught by Giampiero Griffo, a member of the executive world of the international movement for the rights of persons with disabilities. But that did not fail to arouse controversy.
In particular from the high school teaching "Satta" claiming to have been "discriminated against" by the organizers despite being 'well on the front line in accommodating students with disabilities. " "In this school year - said in a statement signed by members of the working group of high school for special needs - disabled students who attend are 19, perfectly integrated and followed by 11 support teachers. We work with families, stakeholders, the local health services, with dedication, hard work and motivation. We think we have given, in very difficult times, a significant contribution to national and provincial level to the enjoyment of rights by persons with disabilities. And have a lot to say on the subject. " "So we ask: why we were left out of this important initiative? You can find out the criteria that have led to the establishment in which they arrange to meet you? ".
"First of all - responds Muscau Francis, Chief of Staff of the Mayor Zidda and one of the organizers of the event - we are very sorry to have given rise to a misunderstanding with the Pedagogical High School. Of which we recognize the important efforts in accommodating students with disabilities in general and in the enjoyment of the rights of disabled citizens. The seminar with Professor Griff is open to all. And we and the professor would be happy if teachers and students of teaching high school wanted to participate. The choice of scintifico was made because the international agreement which the City will be the UN. And the high school has disitinto in recent years for a number of initiatives which link it closely to the United Nations. We have followed this thread, but absolutely without wanting to discriminate against others institutions, nor diminish the role or importance. And we hope that such a golden opportunity to be enriched with the contribution of all. "

NUORO courses. We must wait until tomorrow to see if Nuoro will be part of the Italian cities of the ten candidates to host the high school musical. The list of schools that can enable high schools provided the only high school choral music will be circulated on the Internet Monday, March 1.
Meanwhile, the possibility that the capital barbaricino can host a high school seem to have somewhat reduced, after technicians from the Ministry of Education, meeting last Wednesday with trade unions, announced that next year will be activated no more than forty classes of high school and ten high school choral music, as initially envisaged by the reform but the minister Gelmini, respectively, ten and one.
A real blow to the unions, but especially for the half a million Italian children in the process of choosing how to continue their studies, which have a range of only five possibility (classical, scientific, humanities, languages \u200b\u200band art) and not more than six.
those who prefer to wait with serenity the fateful March 1 is the headmaster of the school socio-psycho-pedagogical "Sebastiano Satta" (former master), Carla Marchetti.
"I am convinced - said the embattled president Nuoro - that our school has all the credentials to be among the ten selected. I challenge anyone to find another institution that, like ours, can boast an absolutely similar to the one-hour plan of the new high school musical, and with features that have even anticipated the reform. " Indeed, experiments done in high school music teaching Nuoro last ten years, and they had to respond to a user for diverse geographical and social origin, with members coming from other provinces even sardines.
currently has seven classes, with over one hundred and forty members and more than one hundred graduates and who shall view the integration of handicapped students. From October
you are in a tough battle to defend the institution of the trial, with the request to make it home to one high school musical high school under the new reform.
"We are already working to get an agreement with the academy - continues Carla Marchetti -, clause also introduced the new reform. Once the Convention will all the requirements, and can not believe that you can sink a fortune as we have built over the years. " If
Nuoro should be chosen from the ten Italian centers of the new high school musical would be a good shot, and the attractiveness of the capital of the inland areas of Sardinia, it would greatly benefit.
